In a good mood as I just received negs/contact of my first rolls from my new Bessa R and they look good. Also, just got the Epson 4900 on Saturday and a Leitz Elmar 90/4 today in the mail! Now I am really ready to roll.
Also did a test roll from the old Yashica P&S T4 I dug up from the closet. Hadn't really shot BW through it before. Really nice results. I'll see how nice on the scanner tonight, but when lighting conditions are right, that Tessar lens performs. The only drawback with the camera is that is fully auto (but, hey, its a P&S) and I sometimes find the half press exposure/focus lock a little bit too sensitive (makes some some very well exposed boring pictures of walls in shadow). Great camera for the few occasions when its too wet out for the Bessa or the pockets are too small.
I'll post some pics later from these rolls.
