So I went and purchased all the necessary ingredients for film development. It has been quite a while since I have developed a roll, and even then I have less then a handful of developed rolls under my belt. It turned out pretty good, though the quality of some of the photos leaves a bit to be desired.

You guys on the forum have been a big help (I am certain none realized they were helping me :D ).

I also went ahead and got myself a film scanner--a plustek 7300 thats seems to work pretty well.

Here is my favorite photo from the roll:

Now that I am set up with everything, I have no excuses not to carry this camera around.

Keep up the good, guys. All the great info here has been a great help to me.

Nice work Mike. I've also just got back into developing my own after a fairly lengthy hiatus. Here's something I took almost a year ago on a Kiev 4 with a Helios 1.8. I finally got around to developing the other week. Era 100 stand developed in Rodinal 1:100 for an hour. Scanned on a plustek 7200. It's good fun isn't it?

Good photos guys. Film isn't dead and there are still a lot of us who enjoy it. It's fun for the hands on, and the type of photos that are possible.
