First roll of Portra 400NC

Can any users of both Portra 160NC and 400NC comment on the differences? Anything more than finer grain and lower contrast for the 160 vs. 400?

Was about to order some 400NC in 120 when this thread came up.

Does everyone shoot it at 400 or do you overexpose?

Usually, I shoot 400NC at either box speed or at EI 320 (just as I do with most ISO 400-800 films). I find Kodak's box ratings to be pretty true to form.

I'm in agreement with amateriat on this. I, too, expose 400 speed C-41 films at EI 320, then process normally. The slight overexposure seems to benefit the colors.
