This was with Kodak Professional Ultra Color 400. I took the three boys out to a local park. This camera rocks!..

My first roll through my G2 with the new 35-70 was the same film with equally great colors. You're going to really enjoy the camera.

Was that the sonnar 90? Lovely dogs, makes me feel guilty enough to get mine groomed!
What is all that green stuff that the dogs are standing on?

Thanks! I shot the ones on the bench with the 45mm and the other ones with the 90mm. Very little PP at all. Certainly no sharpening. I shot these while I was waiting for the film to be developed with the 45mm, and picked them up today. This was Tri-X 400.

This makes me want to shoot my G2 more. I just wish it wasn't so noisy a camera. I think I'll take my G2 to Mammoth with me this weekend. Great pics by the way and congrats on your new G2.

Yeah, if the G2 was whisper-quiet, it would be perfect. I've got to be a little more picky on the shots I take, as the processing/scanning is spendy. Seems like as soon as I learned to let it rip with digital, I have to rein it in with film.

The R1100S is the best bike I've ever had. Couldn't believe I was just able to ride into Memorial Stadium like that. I was even able to walk onto the field.

The G2 does encourage you to blast away, I've been trying to save money by developing my own black & white, but I do miss the gorgeous saturated color those Japanese Zeiss lenses capture.

It does not matter what sort of a scanner he was using we wont be able to do as good, with the camera...

steve, gotta ask, what are you using to scan these.... awesome stuff man!
Thanks, Ivan. I had the folks that develop and print the film scan the negatives onto a CD. The fee was $10 for standard resolution for 36 color images and they were 1544x1024 at 72 pixels/inch. They charged $15 for 36 B&W images and they were 3583x2376 at 72 pixels/inch. I think they charge $5-10 more for high res scans.
