fixing the 85mm ext. finder?

I have a russian 85mm external finder and I recently discovered that the little window on the front is leaning to the right side. That means my photographs will all have a slant 🙁 has anybody had this problem? Any way to fix it? I tried to twist and unscrew, but it doesnt seem to work.

It looks like that the front component which both serves as the rectangular mask and cover for the glass element is glued or cemented in place. I don't know if this can be uncemented- but that appears to be the only way to re-align or get into the finder for cleaning or servicing.
