FDNY "Ten House" with flag at half mast, September 11, 2006 - Ten House is located right across the street from once was the World Trade Center. They were the first responders when the two planes crashed into the WTC five years earlier. They lost 6 firefighters, all their equipment, and had their station destroyed. Most of the surviving Ten House firefighters were still there five years later. Meeting them was emotional.
