Flash coupler for Canon 7 and Canonflex

Hi folks, I'm new to participating in this forum but have looked for a while. A while ago I bought a user Canon 7 and attached to the side was a Canon flash unit coupler. I understand these are hard to find, in fact I have not seen one advertised yet.

Reason for this thread is that the coupler is surplus to my requirements so would like to divest myself of same. Has anyone any idea of price to ask? I would like a Canon 50mm lens as camera did not come with one. Would this finance such a lens?

i've seen one, maybe 2 on ebay.
do a 'completed' search there to find out what they went for.

i don't think i have seen one here on the forum.

I bought on of these 1-2 yrs ago for $60. The coupler was still in the box and likely un-used. I too could not find any info then, so I bought it. I bought the 1st one I found for sale. Hope this helps.

The flash coupler is more common than, and far less highly sought, than the finder one, which puts the finder above the lens.
