DwF-I used to live in Seattle, is that a ferry in your avatar? Now they exiled me to the Republic of California.
Nicely lit ^^^ CharJohn! And yes, it sure is. That one was headed to Orcas Island from Anacortes over Thanksgiving holiday and I think all I took for gear was X Pro 2 and 23 f1.4

DwF, I have not lived or been there for years, we used to take the ferry to from Seattle to Winslow, then drive to the South Point-Lofall (sp?) ferry (there is a bridge there now) and on to Port Ludlow.

Cool, I have a Hot Lips plant and the hummingbirds love it; I've been trying to get a good photo as Wuhan has shut me down from my normal photography. Yours is great.

I made a mount that held two Minolta 320x flashes very close to the camera lens. This was perfect of fill flash, but pretty bulky to carry around:

I said this was fill flash and somebody said it isn't it's just flash. Anyway a foggy day and a little flash or maybe fill flash. I used Petri 7s which synchs to 1/500 but I didn't need it on this day:

Simon, loved your sequence. Such a great job of creating an outline that provides so much room for the viewers interpretation of the actual event.

My flash photography endeavors have been hampered by one single problem: wherever I buy the AAA batteries I need, they turn out to be duds. Wish me luck. Cheers, OtL

I have a couple of flashes that take AAA. On one they go fast and the other is a camera with a flash. They don't even last a roll, but it also winds the film.
