Fogging issue

I've noticed that a number of the frames I shoot with my Pentax ME Super have these streaked/fogged looking areas as evidenced in the photos I'm attaching. It appears to happen no matter the lens. Is this flare or does it appear to be a camera problem? I had the camera serviced by Eric Hendricks this summer but the problem persists. I've noticed that on the reels with the fogging problem there are usually issues with negative spacing as well. Certain reels come out fine, others have this fogging and overlapping negs. Does anyone have a diagnosis?

I've noticed that the film rewind level does not sit completely flush and is slightly bent. Could light be leaking in through there?

Dave,
It does look like a light leak to me - especially if the affected area is darker (in negative) towards the edge of the film. While it very well may be an in-camera issue, is it possible you're getting a leak from a faulty reusable film canister? Also, it's possible you could be fogging the film when loading on the reel for devlopment, or maybe your dev tank has a leak? Just a couple more things to think about.

You could test that theory by bulk loading a short strip of unexposed film in a canister and processing it. Or if it's factory-loaded just sacrifice a roll in the name of troubleshooting and process it unexposed, using the same reels and tank you did your examples with. If the film comes out perfectly clear, then you definately have an in-camera leak somewhere.
