just kinda digging up this old thread... I bought one of these 1 week ago and simply love it.
-leather is very soft but doesnt feel vulnerable
-DoTheBag Mono 09 seems perfect for my gear (M6, 50 1.4 attached, 1-3 lenses+ a lot of film, notebook & pen, cleaning towel, lenspen, X100 with SD cards & battery) and still space left for a lot documents, ipad and stuff like that
-velcro easy to adjust and feels good
-can take the camera inside out to use it as a normal messenger style bag
-colour Naturbraun (natural brown) seems like something I havent seen before but its quite beautiful.
-small leather rain flaps protect the interior from rain although I wouldnt carry this bag in bad weather..
-its 100% leather. there is nothing on this bag that isnt leather or metal. only the camera interior with the velcro stuff is made from something else. even the inside is made from leather
you may want to differ but i think its worth the money because its niche product (just like an M is too right?) which just screams quality if you touch it. Its a pity you can only order it from a German online shop but doesnt bother me much since I am German
