People are always complaining about the grain in Tri-X: how it's not T-grain, it's old school grain, etc. I don't know, I see grain sometimes, sometimes I don't. Depends on the exposure and the development. When I do get grain, I love it. They also gripe about how it's not a sharp film. Tri-X can make sharp photos.
