Due to changes in DHL's regulations, most liquid chemicals including rodinal and hc110 are considered as dangerous goods so they wont ship outside of EU. And some restrictions exists in EU too. So where else I can get those chemicals cheaply?
Or I would go with one not considered as dangerous such as silvermax developer or powder based ones but their shelf life is short and I dont shoot that often.
What do you suggest?

Outside of Germany or EU? Since when?
I've ordered and received the 5L FujiHunt C-41 kit some 3 weeks ago...

You can mix it yourself:
Solution A: Water 165F/75C 150 ml; p-Aminophenol Hydrochloride 20 g, Potassium Metabisulfite 60 g.
Solution B: Cold Water 150 ml, Sodium Hydroxide 25 g.
Final: Mix Cold water to make 1L.

Same here, just a couple of weeks ago bought C-41 and E6 from Maco and then some fixer - all liquids...
And just tried to place an order now (all works fine, although it ships using UPS to my country - 16,95 EUR or free if above a certain threshold).

I checked at Maco. The restriction is valid for shipping destinations OUTSIDE the EU.
You got me VERY concerned for a minute there. Bad boy!
(I hope they find a solution for the rest of you soon!)

Might go that way. Is this original formula that can last forever? Fomapan formula gone bad after a year.

This is the official recipe from 1941. The original recipe (a bit different) is much older, from about 1880.
Undiluted you can keep it OK for a long time.

A good point. Mine went bad well before that, so if the op has plans on buying it in bulk quantity to mitigate the high shipping fees, best to make sure which version of Rodinal they're buying.

This bring up a question I've had for a while. What is the deal with selling and shipping Rodinal? I have way more than I think I'll ever use and would consider selling a bottle to the OP if he pays shipping to wherever he is.

It qualifies as a type of "hazardous cargo". Here in the US at least, it can't be shipped by air unless accompanied by hazardous cargo shipping papers, which is something the retailers are probably unable (or unwilling) to obtain. Freestyle ships it via Fed Ex Ground, meaning it rides the rails and is interesting to follow via their tracking numbers. It can be shipped Ground only if it has the correct label on the box ("ORM-D").
B&H doesn't even ship it at all... In-store pickup only.
If you're in the US, I doubt you could find a carrier which would ship it across the pond.

I figured that was the case. I guess I'm stuck with all this Rodinal.

Wow. All this is interesting. I have mixed feelings about shipping restrictions...
I too have enough Rodinal to last me a long while. One of my bottles is quite old, I know I found the old bottle and opened it about 23 years ago (or so). And it was old when I got it. Works great. I'd share it freely but folks might have reservations about the little brown chunks (my wife calls them "floaties").
Mixing your own developer is really not too difficult. I've done it before. I know many folks have an aversion to playing chemist, but its not really any different than the usual play with chemicals we do when ...um.... developing film.
Hard part about mixing your own is finding the ingredients. In the U.S., we have Photographer's Formulary. It looks like it could be cost-effective to make your own developer depending on the recipe and how much you want to make. However, you can always mix up your own developer anytime with instant coffee, washing soda, vitamin-C, and iodized table salt. It works quite nicely too.

Hm, I wonder how that works with my own country (norway).
We are outside the EU (well, the amount we show up the bum of EU officials, I suppose we are more or less in, without being a member), we are also in Schengen and all kinds of other weird EU'ish stuff.
I think we are considered "within the EU" in most aspects, got to check, soon there is no other option than German stores via the internet from here.

Dear Aykut,
UPS, GO or any other delivery service is not carrying dangerous goods unless the driver has a special licence. Also, we do not have the special packing for dangerous goods.
In our webshop you will find the within the article paper work for each artcile. Under section 14 will find if this article is marked as dangerous goods or not (if there is an UN Number listed such as UN3082 is is dangerous goods).
I am very sorry about this.
Many regards

I wish they would do that
it is really silly because they shipped it to me in 2016. I am finishing supplies and in local market I can only find d-76 and id11. I will try making my own rodinal.

What do you suggest?
I suggest using ADOX FX-39 II instead of Rodinal.
There are no international shipment restrictions for FX 39 II.
You can directly order it at Fotoimpex, and they ship it worldwide.
FX 39 II is an excellent developer:
- excellent sharpness / acutance, like Rodinal
- with several films a bit finer grain than Rodinal
- it can be used in a very wide-spread range of different dilutions, from 1+4 to 1+29, so you can control the shape of the characteristic curve and the strength of compensating effect very well (from non-compensating to semi-compensating to full compensating, just as you like it)
- very good shelf-life.
Adox FX 39 II is a kind of "hidden pearl" on the developer market.
