Found a Canon 7 with a leverage problem. Is it easy to fix?

Good morning. I found a canon 7 for sale fully functional. The only problem written by the seller is the progress lever that does not return automatically. Do you know if it is a problem that can be repaired easily or needs a prepared repairer and a large amount?

This is a sign that the camera needs a "clean-Lube-Adjust".

This is a job for someone experiences with taking the camera apart. The Canon 7 is not "too hard" if you have experience. If not- figure $100~$200 for the work.
