I got today in the mail 16 packs of FP 100C with expiration date NOV 2017. This is a relief.
I would not write off Fuji film.

On the day the news came out here about the film not being produced anymore. Maybe within 24 hours.

I ordered fifteen packs on the day after the announcement, I did not find a price as low as you gentlemen. And the price skyrocketed in the following days.
I also bought a polaroid back for the Mamiya RZ67, which arrived yesterday.
Feel a little foolish spending money on something nearly extinct, but I will keep some faith that the impossible project will take it up, or Mr. Kaps find success.
If nothing else I will let my daughter use the film for a project, I am sure she can figure some angle about using up the very last of this medium. Maybe portraits of dying people! (That bad taste suggestion is all mine....)

Don’t look to Impossible for any help. This is a quote from PDN (Photo District News):
"We’ve spoke to Impossible Project CEO Oskar Smolokowski who informs us that while the company wishes Kaps well and hopes the format can be saved, they won’t be purchasing Fujifilm’s equipment and won’t be taking on the project themselves. “We don’t have the resources to buy new machinery and take on a new format, we’re constantly invest in our own factory,” he says."

i like your courage (!) Randy, mer too really expecting / hoping Mr. Kaps manages something good out of it.
If an "Impossible" project can deliver the pack films I'm ready to pay a for it.
What I do not like is the shop where I usually buy that from one day to next day brought the prices 50% higher ! But this ius our world, I'm afraid!

I have a nice little stash of FP100c and some FP3000b. But in the meantime, I have to believe I can figure out how to mate an Instax 210 Wide back to a Polaroid 250.
Create light-tight fit; Adjust focus to infinity; Relocate battery housing for meter; Make proper neutral density filter for meter or lens to accommodate the 800 speed Instax film. That's it, right??

I’ve been following Florian Kaps blog which details his quest to convince Fuji to keep producing FP-100C. He met with Fuji earlier and submitted several proposals with ideas on how to keep FP-100C in production. In his April 21st blog entry, Kaps quotes Fuji as saying, “…..we cannot change our decision. Thus, we respectfully decline your proposals.”
