FP4 one stop push, developer? FG7?

I recently was on a big job and ran out of film and wound up shooting about 30 rolls of FP4, which I have never used before. I exposed it at 250, thinking Id use diafine, which I surely will try for a few rolls. No biggie. Want to try a different developer for comparison before going ahead and doing the whole batch. Anyone have any suggestions for a good developer for a one stop push? I want to use FG7, but not too sure how thats going to work with a push, massive dev chart just shows times for ISO 80 with FP4. Anyone have any luck with FG7 and fp4+? My other thought was microphen 1+1 at around 11.5 mins.

Ilford DD-X and Microphen both give a true ISO 160+ -- near enough 200 -- so EI 250 is only about 1/2 stop push. Start with the Ilford recommendation for 320 for either.

Indeed: DD-X, Microphen but you can also use Acu-1, Xtol to reach these values. I can not comment on FG7 because I never used it.

FG7 may work, however DDX, Microphen or Xtol will give you smaller grain and better shadow detail.
FG7 was a great developer, if you do not mind grain.... use it
