I've accidentally pushed an FP4 (iso 125) film +3 stops. Do you have any ideas on how to develop it in order to get any result? Should I use stand development or not?

Thank you

P.S. I have only Rodinal developer available

You would take your standard normal developing time and decrease 20-25% for every stop above N. It would be best to create a test clip to simulate final results.

What happened here is that your film is exposed three additional stops (100/ 125 [same thing], 200, 400, 800); doing so your pictures are no longer at zone 5 (middle grey), but now... it's more of a cloudy day in London (8), hah. As you already know, the more you move away from the middle (to the right for instance), information/ detail to the left will be lost.

Three stops would be ISO 1,000. That's a MAJOR push! I agree about a test. The best thing to do would be to take another roll of film, shoot 8 to ten exposures with your meter set for ISO 1,000, cut it off and develop the piece of film. I'd suggest an extra 50% as a starting point. After you see what those negatives look like you can go from there. Expect NO shadow detail and very contrasty mid tones along with blocked up highlights.
