I just picked up a Leica 1.25x magnifier and it has made me realize my M5s framelines are a little funny.
I am noticing that for the framelines to be brightest I need to have my eye position off center to the left in the viewfinder. I was doing this a bit automatically. If I am centered in the viewfinder the right half of the framelines fades. This is especially noticeable with a Leica 1.25x magnifier which requires a center eye position, the right frameline is almost totally faded out and the top bottom on the right are very dim too.
Anyone see this before? I'm hoping something is just a little out of alignment. Sent emails to Sherry and Zack's to see what they say too.
