Wow, go away for a few hours and all heck breaks loose over an icon! 😱

I don't see anything wrong with some method of denoting folks who have contributed in support of the site. I don't "require" the recognition and would have sent my support whether or not it got acknowledged. But I really fail to see the big deal some are making about this.

But I'll accept that some folks prefer social "levelling" and would agree that a donor ikon (preferebly NOT a leica image) be optional for the contributor to decide.

If we do get that option, I for one, do want the recognition that I contributed!

I put that there before Jorge came up with the Leica thingy because I usually prefer to put my own "sayings" under my user_name rather than have the "premium" designator there - as is now the case.

If I can get rid of the Leica I can go back to my "bridge sales" saying (or whatever else I want to put there). Heck, I have been "working" on a whole bunch of alternative avatars and sayings depending on where I am located at a given time! 😉
