Freestyle Arista Edu Ultra 200 - quite impressive

Couple of weeks ago I decided to test all my older 35mm cameras to make sure they were all still operating properly. I was looking for deals on film and came across the Freestyle Arista Edu 100, 200 and 400 films.

I must say that I am very impressed with all three of those. They can be pushed and pulled - the attached examples were shot with the ISO200 version of the film - one was exposed at ISO100 (the wheelchairs) and the other one at ISO400.

Some of you might remember that I asked about bulk loading - I took the plunge and am rolling now my own Arista Edu 200 - really works great and I have not scratched the film yet (keep your fingers crossed).🙂 🙂

Those are some nice shots. Makes me think about giving Arista film a try.

How would you compare them to other B/W films ie. tri-x, hp5?

Arista Edu Ultra films are made by Foma, the Fomapan 200 is the most modern version of them all - based on T-crystal technology.
