We're all light!
I've been on Hewlett-Packard's mailing list for a little while now (buy one product and you're "friends for life"), and most of the mailings, particularly for digital cameras, tend to be a snore. But this feature on their newest little number got me out of my chair:

Now, the "feature" itself isn't all that extraordinary: anyone with an angstrom of talent with Photoshop has been able to do this for years, and Dog knows how many magazine cover-models have been the recipient of this "gift". But, up until now, the humble ol' happy-snap could be trusted to offer an approximation of what passes for photographic "truth", since what came straight out of the camera, save for red-eye, presumably couldn't be easily tampered with. Not anymore, baby. (This should be a hit with the "reluctantly-single" market).
Yours for Truthiness,
- Barrett
