i just received an email from him, the package was returned to him.
However looking at the pictures he attached, his handwriting was so spectacularly bad that the postal worker could have mistaken the address in three different instances (tower #, flat #, and apartment number)
it looks like this absolves him 100% but I wonder how much responsibility he should bear in terms of his messy handwriting unfortunately. Of course not everybody is a native speaker and can write out the roman alphabet perfectly, but when I'm in doubt I usually print out labels from Paypal...
He's a good seller I believe now, but that's the one pet peeve I had.
now we have to discuss whether he wants to resend it or give me a refund minus the considerable shipping charge.
send him a word doc/pdf with your address printed in different sizes so he can glue this onto the package...and be thankful he aint your doctor..[ its an old joke about how bad doctors handwriting often is..🙂
There is almost always a solution..🙂
Hello---Thanks for the welcome.I have often visited, but not often posted recently.I've just picked up a Fed 3 from Cupog,so probably should add a zorki, and in time possibly a J12
