They were throwing this camera out at the local consignment store. Is it any good?
The camera needs lithium batteries that require soldering. I don't have a soldering iron and I haven't soldered before. So I'll have to learn.

I have no personal experience with that camera, but some quick googling revealed that it has a fixed shutter speed and a triplet (three element) lens. It might still be able to produce decent pictures, but I don't know if I would bother with it too much. It's not particularly small or light and its lens does not have an uncommon focal length. Fixed shutter speed means no low available light photography. Well, in fact the shutter speed is not entirely fixed but tied to ISO setting, but the slowest shutter speed is still 1/100 seconds.
