Adorama is clearing out Fuji Fujicolor 200 36 exp film for $1.49 a roll
Expires 1/2015.

I've used it before, and it is nice. Worth stocking up on. I just did!

( I shoot all sorts of film from the pro lines - Portra/Fuji Pro - to these, and they all have their own look which makes them all fun to use)

Anyway, no affiliation, just letting people know.

great deal for US customers. I checked Adorama's shipping to Australia - landed, 20 rolls would cost USD$95, or AUD$6.16 a roll!

If you come to Australia, BYO film! Local price for same film is around AUD$9..

Edit: I have emailed Adorama to ask why their shipping cost is $66 while Freestyle can do it for $22.

Hi Lynn,
I read about this yesterday:

Might be of help.

Cheers

Maybe simply because of the expiry date? 🙂

It expired 1 day ago.. I am using film that is from 2002, from my freezer, with no issues.

But I'm pretty sure it is discontinued as B&Hphoto does not carry it, and Adorama only has this stock.

$1.49 for 36exp? Buy a bunch, stick it in your freezer. What I've done.

Yes agreed on using expired film with no issues, I do that from time to time as well. Thanks for sharing the situation about B&H and Adorama!

what the h*ll, just checked adorama and price has just escalated to $2.99
it it because the demand of this film is becoming too high?

i was quite surprised with adorama price policy. normally giant distributors like them should not do business this way.

You are witnessing the real application of BI (Business Intelligence).

This is what my company enables our clients to do. The principles are really simple: Measure, know, decide.

This may be bad news about Fujifilm, I live in Playa del Carmen Mexico, and Wal mart just had Superia at about 70 US cents per roll, unfortunately I found out a little late and was only able to pick up the last 11 rolls, the employees told me they won`t be restocking. Too bad, because I really liked superia`s color for the price.

Film came in today. They're all Fuji C200 films instead of Superia 200. Anyone know he difference? From what I've seen Superia has an extra "layer" while c200 is lower end film. The picture on the site clearly reads Superia on the roll but the description does not.
