Fuji G690 Light Seals

Does anyone know which is the correct light seal foam size for a Fuji G690?

Buy the interslice kit from E*ay and cut them down (the channel seals are in place. I don't think there is much in the way of light seals in there, just a fat one near the hinge. This camera is of an era where foam light seals were not really the first line of defense.

I notice that mine has two strips of thread glued near the hinge. I recently bought a K1000 kit from interslice, he is a very good source for seals.
