Professional troll and major a--hole. His method is simple: provoke people to talk online about his stupid comments so that they'll send more web traffic his way. The more inflammatory the comment, the more traffic -- thus elevating his Google ranking, etc. The best response is to ignore and refuse this mischief.

With a strategy like that he might end up in the White House one day...
Listening to internet opinion is seldom useful.

The full comment sounds even more idiotic. Glad I am good enough to warrant owning a Leica, even if it is P&S.
The click bait is actually by the OP. What Ken actually wrote is:
"The X-Pro2 is for people whose work isn't yet good enough to warrant the ownership of the LEICA system, but still want a camera that feels well-made."

That's a distinction without a difference. And still a ridiculous position to hold.

Come to think of it, I'm probably not good enough to justify ownership of any of my equipment...

What about those who own both systems?
Or those of us who have switched from Leica to Fuji?

too bad that when searching information about some Nikon gear etc., more often than not KR's site shows at the top of results.
looking how basic and mobile-unfriendly his site is, its little miracle ranking has kept so good.

Either way, it's not a very defensible position -- although Ken has plenty of ammunition
I have found some good info on his site, including on Leica M lenses. And he is a fan of the original X100. His review helped lead me to the Fuji system.
But money don't grow on trees. I'm still amazed (amused?) that I own an X-Pro2 that cost $1200 (used!). Nothing I shoot will ever justify the much higher cost of a digital M.
Which, I guess, is Ken's point? He does say "pro photographer" a lot in his writing. Unfortunately.
