Hey,
I received the Nikon WC-E68 wide angle adapter today, which is a 0.68x adapter and connects to the X100 w/49-46mm step down ring.
This takes the 35mm X100 and turns it into a 24mm, which is cool. All functions - auto focus, metering etc, all still work.
The EVF/LCD shows the accurate framing, but naturally the OVF doesn't as it's a 35mm OVF!
Initial impressions are positive, it's not too big but is a solid piece of glass, I can see it being useful and certainly is versatile!

Hi, Andrew00,
Looks pretty good! ...seems better than the various 30 dollar wide angle adapters on the market.
May I ask...
Does it show vignetting and/ or edge blurring...when taking more distant images, versus close-ups?
Does it show much barrel distortion...for images of tall buildings and such?
How did you know to purchase that specific Nikon WC-E68? Was it advertised or reviewed as usable on the Fuji X100?
I have a Fuji X10...so I wonder if it would work on the X10, also. Of course, if the glass is heavy, maybe it would not be good to put on the X10 zoom-zoom.
Thanks!
Robt.

There's a rather extensive discussion about the WC-E68 on the X100 forum. I presume that's where Andrew found the information.

Thanks, Arjay,
I guess the X10 zoom would not benefit from that kinda weight attached out front, anyway.
