I seem to be spending more time fixing cameras than using them, but hey at least they will be good for when the weathers warmer!

Anyway, I have a fujica v2 thats not currently working. The shutter isnt firing at all, and the aperture blades are stuck wide open.

I have put a whole load of lighter fluid through it, and it doesnt seem to do anything at all. The timing mechanism doesnt seem to tick down, no matter what speed you set it at. Also when I opened up the shutter for the first time, a part fell out. This however looks to be the linkage between the self timer and the shutter, so it shouldnt be cricital (I looked at some pictures online of the shutter).

I guess there is a linkage missing between the shutter mechanism and the timing mechanism? I really dont think its old grease on the blades.

According to this article; http://camerapedia.wikia.com/wiki/Citizen#Cameras_with_Citizen_shutter there are a few cameras with the same shutter. I cant however determine exactly which version of the citizen shutter it is that I require.

Does anyone know the right shutter, and where I could get a suitable replacement. Or, does anyone know what the problem might be with the shutter?

Thanks!
