Who has shot this? What's the color palette like? Similar to Pro400H?

Real Men Shoot Film.
It is a film made for portrait and wedding photography. Has slightly lower contrast than normal color neg films, more natural color (not overly saturated), and very nice skin tones. Been many years since I have shot either film, but I think the 160 had a little less contrast. These films were made so you could photograph a bride and groom and have full detail in her white dress and his black tuxedo.

It's got a pretty unique color palette - very cool, green and purple with low saturation and pastel tones. A really nice cooler toned alternative to Portra 160 which I find to be fairly warm.

I actually prefer it over Portra, too bad they discontinued the 35mm in 2010. I only ever shot one roll of it before it was gone. I think it is still around in 120 though. Really fine grained too.

Is it closer to portra warm or Pro400H cool?
AFenvy's examples above look a touch warmer than I expected from Fuji color negatives

It's definitely 400H cool.
It's very affordable to buy direct from Amazon.co.jp. despite the recent Fuji price increase, it is still MUCH cheaper than Portra 160 and shipping takes 3 days to anywhere in N. America in my experience. Propacks used to be $27 shipped but now they're about $33 shipped.

It's around $52 from Amazon.co.jp, which is around the same as some ebay sellers
Still, I think I should give it a shot - I like 400H, but it's a bit gritty for me

Wow last time I ordered some a few months ago it was ¥3300/pack. Ive been ordering 160ns and Provia off there for years because it's always been MUCH cheaper than anywhere in the US.
