Printed with my 3880 on Epson Legacy Platine paper. Really pleased with the result.
One thing is for certain -- you better make sure that your image is tack-sharp, otherwise any little camera movement will be magnified in a print. I had to do this one twice -- the first shot I printed was slightly out of focus. Luckily I took a few shots of this scene and found one that was nearly identical and was sharp.
I was recently invited to participate in an exhibition in Baltimore - may actually submit this 🙂

I haven't been out shooting with the 907x for a while ... Recovering from surgery on my shoulder and also a hernia repair, I simply couldn't carry much at all and stuck with my smaller, lighter cameras for the past two-three months. All of the exposures from the 907x I've posted were made in April to the first week of June (damaged my shoulder on June 11). But I'm almost at the point where I can lift and carry the 907x and one or two lenses now.
Looking forward to some shooting with it, again!

Many thanks - looking at theses photos from yesterday's little road trip makes me want to go back out there (Blackwater Wildlife Refuge on Maryland's Eastern Shore). I see 'things' there that I'd like to dig a little deeper and explore.
Yes the Eastern Shore can have some weird and wonderful things alright - think this falls into the ‘weird’ category. See if you can figure out what this is.

I have to say that this camera’s files can produce some pretty nice black and white images. Dare I say it - as nice as my Monochrom?

I’ve got about 3000 pictures of my wife with her hand in front of her face. Quite the collection. Whenever we’ve traveled, the standard refrain has been, “oh, not again! Enjoy the moment!”
Until she comes asking for “cool pictures from the trip to post”. After 15 years, the inherent contradiction still seems to escape her.

Another test shot with the CFV II 50c back on my 500c body with the 50mm f/4 C lens wide open.

Honestly, as much as I can appreciate the ability to mount this digital back on an old Hasselblad, the 907x body and the XCD lenses are so good that I really don't see the point. The 907x is a much more compact outfit, even with the 65mm lens (which is as long as the 50 minus the lens hood, and fatter too), and the lenses are amazingly sharp wide open. I have a feeling that I might be parting with my film Hasselblads at some point soon.

I know what you mean, Vince. But ... I can still enjoy shooting 6x6 film with the 500CM, and switch to the CFVII 50c when I feel like shooting both together. That's my rationale, anyway. 😉

Well I already have a really nice Bronica S2 kit that I prefer to use for 6x6 film (and I'm even thinking of selling it too) - not totally committing one way or another, just kinda thinking out loud. I really don't need to sell anything, just considering 'thinning the herd' a bit.
One thing it would do would be to help finance a 30mm XCD lens 🙂
