Over 9,000 "guests" currently but under listing on "Members" menu, there is currently no listing for Guests or Robots unless that feature is turned off. Just curious...

We tried to do the Bot number display, the server was having a fit.

The numbers keep going up, there is a discussion about how many bots are here.

Hard to estimate.

I do appreciate all that is done, I might have been a dash too unsubtle with that comment. Comments were asked for and I gave.

Personally (= for the best benefit for me personally, ha!) I would like the edit function to be available for 48 hours after posting.

My reasons are 1/ I tend to write/edit/post early in the day before the first kick of caffeine has fully hit, and 2/ often a few days after posting I return to reread what I wrote (purely to gather my thoughts, not for editing or censoring myself) and I find mistakes I made. I want to be able to correct those.

I make a special point of not rewriting 99% of what I've originally posted as this to me seems less than playing fair. Still, now and then, as the humanoid that I am, I realise I've posted something in haste and erred for one reason or another, and I want to go in and fix up things to try to be nice and polite but more so to be accurate.

These are my main reasons. Others may have different goals/intents/purposes in mind.

All this now written, I would like edit to be for 48 hours. Mods, please!!

Have I misunderstood something here? I just now went back to one of my threads from earlier this week - and found I can still edit it. Huzza!!

So am I mistaken in what I originally wrote here? If so I blame the coffee - recently I changed from robusta (kick like a bull in heat) to arabica (more civilised but less gutsy, basically good but a bit meh) which may have added my aged senses a bit.

If I'm wrong, someone please set me right in all this. Now confused...

Okay, the “Featured Content” column on the right side now appears to be a permanent feature in every thread. This has the effect of making every image in that thread smaller. I’d like to see that Featured Content column optional, as in click a button to make it disappear. Thank you.

Thanks to OTLunch and JoeV, now it’s back to ‘full frame’ photo display, hope it’ll stay this way…
