This photo is not very flattering. Hammertone is supposed to be more durable paint. It combines well with both silver and black lenses (let alone Hammertone ones).

This must be the 'Marmite' Leica finish - you either love it or hate it. (I - would - love it).

If I hadn't been so reckless with other things that have nothing to do with my photography over the past couple of years, I could have snapped up a second MP and a 35 mm ASPH 'lux and another lens right away... :bang: :bang:

I know. I meandered similarly before finding what I want. What can I say, sometimes the travel makes the destination worth it a thousandth more. At the same time the fare of the travel can be quite steep. In photography terms, as steep as the price of an MP or two. :bang: :bang: :bang:
