Has anyone compared G1 images to RD1 images made with the same lens? How much difference is there?

Stephen, I had the RD-1, and now the G1. I have been using some Zeiss, CV, and Leitz glass on the G1, and I have to say, I like the files using these lenses on the RD-1 as opposed to the G1. I have found the Panasonic lenses are undoubtedly the best option for the G1. I was hoping to see some differences using rangefinder glass, and I do not notice any differences over the Panasonic glass with the chip in the G1. As a matter of fact, I have been disappointed.
For me, Leitz, CV, and Zeiss glass are best on the RD-1 and M8.

I've used both. Its difficult to compare due to the different crops and processing workflows but the R-D1 definitely has the edge at high ISOs. For low ISOs I prefer the output of the G1 - it appears sharper. Whether this is due to processing, extra megapixels, or something else I don't know. The lenses I've used on both are the CV 12, Zeiss 25, Nokton 40, and Canon 50mm f/1.2. I love the Canon on both bodies but on the G1 it makes a wonderful and flattering available light portrait lens.

The G1 blows the RD-1 away of course!
It has over 2x the Megapixels and doesn't have to be cocked! Oh, yeah, it has Face detection!
