Thanks so much Lynn. More to come in the next few weeks once I've gone through a stack of digital files, negs etc and know what's being published and what isn't. I'll be going back to Spain again throughout this year. People being interested in the work, both as audience and editors, makes doing this stuff really worthwile and something at least close to financially viable. Raising a glass to you (well, a coffee cup, considering that it's 11am here in London - however, if I were back in Spain right now it could very easily be a beer). Also have to say that the Fuji X100 really has come into its own on this kind of reportage.

Roland and Rob, I think I figured out how you guys got the neat Copyright symbols in your posts. Just Copy & Paste the title? It is a little faster, I like it.

Loving the pictures this week.

My favorite this week (and sorry I'm late):

Thanks, ferider, robklrfield, j.scooter, straightmp, tigerphil, lynnb, luiman and rhl-oregon! Much appreciated that you have selected my photo!

Late again, at least it is a bump for the tread, well Ok a lame excuse.

Anyway here are my picks:

A first for me, 4 portraits from Kaspartuu, each one reminds me of the movie "The Third Man" and that won an Academy Award for best Cinematography.

A week for portraits, Hefring, in a word, unique. To me this has feeling and emotion not usually seen in portraits.

And 2 fog shots:

Paulfish4570, I love fog shots especially this one.

Steveh, great, the embankment light grounds it and keeps it from being totally otherworldly.

Gsgary, I like the perspective, down with the dogs as it were really works here.

Ourmanintangier, how nice to be out there attempting to keep the sheep dip off your shoes, hard to do when you get a nice perspective like this, maybe worth it when a shot comes out this well, a fine one indeed. On second thought he may have taken this out the window of the car.

lynnb, joyful action aided by the drama of the waves and sky What more could you ask for?
