Interesting subject, great reflections. I'm a fan of umbrella shots myself. Well seen.
Blackwave
I love this shot for its minimalism. The soft tones are a nice touch to the scene.

I like the solid geometry of the E. Some really nice things going on in the composition.

Love the colours, the serenity, and the contrast of the old fashioned buildings and the high voltage power line.

gho - R251-28: Nicely mysterious low-key image with a diagonal composition that conveys a lot of tension.
Luiman - Natura Morte_02: I prefer this version over the color version. This one is very irritating due to its blurred double contours. How'd you do that?
Filmfan - Alien Landed: I love this picture for its surreal appearance. Why on earth (pun intended) should aliens respect parking spaces? Also, I love the rich tonalities in this picture.
Machspeed - Looking: That's a decisive moment captured, if there ever was one. This picture works on more than one level - in terms of timing, in terms of composition, and in terms of post-processing.
Luiman, Paris, parc de la Villette: I love the contrast between the vertical linear structures and the wave of the roof - it somehow brightens the otherwise bleak atmosphere.
Petronius - Rollei_35_101_12: Very intelligently executed diptych. I like the contrast shown by the two identical backgrounds which only differ by the moving car - the tension between mobility and immobility.
Gerbilthemistake - Smoke Break: Nice composition and lighting contrast - a picture that has something to say.
... and last, but not least: Paulfish4570 - Back Slash. Simplicity rules - what a wonderfully reduced composition, yet full of tension!

Machspeed - Looking:
Gives me associations with spy games. Perfect composition and light.
