I don't live around Nice (I live in southwestern France, not southeastern), but I'll try to get that information through a forum of French film-photography fans (http://35mm-compact.com/forum/index.php), and I'll post any answer back here.

Not a good forum at all. I wouldn't rely on what they say (which will be mainly OT, as usual).
Best thing to do when on travel is to bring all the undeveloped rolls back home, and to quietly process them oneself (if B&W) or to have one's usual reliable lab process them.
Worst thing to do when on travel is to have one's films spoiled by bad and stranger labs.
And the summer uses to be the worst period of the year re. this.

Some people (including me) have the opposite opinion. De gustibus et coloribus...Not a good forum at all. I wouldn't rely on what they say (which will be mainly OT, as usual).
Well, I happen to think to France has not the worst labs in the world.Worst thing to do when on travel is to have one's films spoiled by bad and stranger labs.

Not false, but they get rarer.

I do not know about Nice, but there is a nice little pro lab in Monaco: http://www.linstant.mc/index_fr.php
The problem is, they are closed till 26th of August. If you are really desperate, you can leave the films with me, and I will develop them for you, but you will have to wait a bit, because I have a little backlog after a recent moving... Let me know in case.

I understand. But, getting a lab to process film here in Norway is pretty expensive (as with everything else) and its usually a lot cheaper in other countries.
