That's a new one for me. I just looked at their Japanese language website and it appears to me to be a guy working out of his home selling almost exclusively online. If their eBay feedback is good, I wouldn't worry though.

gin en, 銀塩, 銀塩 camera = film camera,
gin 銀, is silver, en 塩 is salt, silver salt, that's film, Gin-en Shashin = film photography...
so they sell film cameras only...

It means that, but it looks to me like they sell whatever will make them some yen, including digital gear 😉
