Glossy or Matte Wet Printing?

Hi everyone, I just sent in my film to Ilford Labs to get it wet printed. Should I print on Glossy or Matte? Most of the images are portraits and I'm wondering which format would be better.

More of a matter of personal preference. I generally prefer matte paper, but many folks prefer glossy for B&W because it can give deeper blacks. YMMV

Personal. Generally I prefer matte, but for some scenes, like sort of vegetation, opt for glossy.

Personal. I cannot *stand* glossy surface on anything. Not on FB, nor RC, nor Inkjet.
