I just want to show some appreciation for Sigma's commitment to mirrorless and m43.

Offering the affordable 19, 30 and 60 set of lenses is really great IMO.

I already own the Oly 45, so I'm not in the market for the 60, but had I not already owned it, I'm pretty sure I would have opted for the 60... much lower cost and a little bit more reach. (I never shoot my 45 wide open.)

Anyway, on all the forums, the issue of lens cost always comes up, especially in regard to primes and comparing them to cheap Canikon offering... Sigma is closing this gap and rounding out m43 into a great flexible system.

I have the 30 and really like it. I might get the 19. One has to read Cicala's Lensrentals resolution figures to understand how good they are in comparison with other more prestigious lenses...

I love shooting my 30! Not that it's the best lens ever made, but it fills a gap that I needed filled and where I wasn't willing to pay $500-600 for the P/L 25. Already have the Oly 17/2.8 and really like the pancake feature, so not that interested in the Sig 19, but it's supposed to be really good for the price.

Was posting this more or less just out of enthusiasm for all the choices and options we have now!

With this 60mm, Sigma has a nice line-up indeed (19,30,60)..

You can debate whether 60mm/2.8 makes much sense for the NEX, as Sony's 50/1.8-OSS isn't so outrageously priced as Sony's 35. But at the right price, it's certainly worth considering given that at this moment I've got no AF-lens faster than f5.6 at 50+mm. Added bonus is that it's better looking than the much too silvery 50/1.8-OSS..
