Hi all,
What's a good flash to use on the E-P3, I don't even know
what model to use have not reseached it, so I ask here first.

I really like using my Sunpak 383 flash unit on my E-P1. You are probably looking for a dedicated unit though, but for ~$50 (120GN) vs ~$450 (Panasonic DMW-FL500, 162GN) the Sunpak is kind of a bargain... works well for me anyway.,

i've used an oly fl-36R, but it's big for the pen, despite being pretty small. i think it may be oly's smallest bounce flash.
then i tried the Metz 20c-2, which is a good size for the pen. but it doesn't synch with the pen and uses a thyristor, which i actually like because it lets me use the flash for lots of other cameras.
i recently have tried the Vivitar DF-183-OP, which is the same size as the Metz but is made for olympus so allows ttl auto. i haven't really used it enough to notice if the results are different than the metz, but it's slightly easier to use than with the metz because of the ttl auto. the metz isn't that difficult to use though.
the vivitar and metz are both pretty small but both allow bounce flash, which is what i was after. they aren't particular strong flashes but enough for rooms with regular height ceilings.

Guy's, I went a wedding last Sunday, and used the E-P3 with a Vivitar 283 and it
worked out, the flash pictures looked great and the best thing was working with
Live-view always on until you shoot and it's not long of a delay which
is kinda nice.
