Since I am a semi-novice level rangefinder photographer, is there a good all-around utility reference book on rangefinder photography which gets into some technical level of detail on exposure settings for certain shot circumstances? (dark foreground/bright background, etc.).
Much of what my father taught me years ago when I first picked a RF at the age of 15 has long since been forgetten and I am now interested in developing a better technical competency with a rangefinder.
If we have technical reference material through RFF that would be great as well as I am a new member to the forum
Thanks,
King

I am in the same boat so to speak. I have been reading the Leica M Advanced Photo School book by Gunter Osterloh. It has great all around information, not just Leica specific. I am using A leica M6 and a Konica Hexar RF and the concepts work for both.

Matt,
Thanks very much for the quick reply and I will be certain to order a copy. If you come across other reference material on the Web or through RFF, be sure to share it with the Zeiss Forum Group!
cheers
