Is this free offer limited to certain parts of the world?

I ask as I can’t obtain Google Earth Pro using the links kindly provided here via CNET, and also it doesn’t work via the ‘Upgrade to Google Earth Pro…’ link on my installed copy of Google Earth.

I’m using a MacBook Retina Pro with Safari, and I’m based in the UK.

I'm in the UK, have a Mac and was able to download it. Use your gmail address and the license key GEPFREE.

Ahh, maybe this is the glitch: I don't use gmail for email.
