Did the Soviets change the GOST numbers some where along the way?
I ask because I have a Leningrad7 light neter and a "new" Kiev 4(fake contaxIII) and the meters aren't close to agreeing with each other. They seem to be fairly consistent to themselves but not each other.

it isn't impossible... I have noticed that on my FED-5B the ring shows GOST/ASA and gives identical values, while on my father's Zenit-EM there are different values for GOST and ASA (or was it on the Zorki-6 I offered him for father's day ?)

Yes. Around the time the Soviet Union collapsed they changed GOST to agree with ISO while before it was about 90% of ISO/ASA speed - so ISO 100 = GOST 90.
