One thing I love about the u4/3 format is the flexibility it offers in taking quick "grab shots," in this case my brother had come over for a chat, it was late at night, we were standing in the kitchen, illuminated by the light from one lone bulb over the sink. I picked up my G1 with Lumix 20mm lens, set it to ISO1250, and snapped this impromptu portrait. Desaturated in SilkyPix, a bit of curves adjustment.

I 'grabbed' this one when out for a walk. I had left the lens at f2.8 so it fired at 1/2000 sec which was lucky as it caught the duck just before landing.
