Just guessing but... The building had been occupied by a shop specializing in graphic design and signs, and the place was deliberately attention-getting. Now they've moved to new quarters, and the building has been remodeled extensively into a medical clinic. A bit more sedate. 😎

good one, carlos. you could have had a mimimal shot by framing from the bottom of the shutter up for a field of green on left, and gray texture on right: enigmatic.
