Come on, rover! Don't hold back now!
If you are ever in Pittsburgh just sit back and enjoy some nice Iron City Ale.

If you go into an Irish pub there is obviously only one drink. And I don't mean Murphy's stout, although that is good. You should be able to say "pint please" and it gets pulled for you. 🙂Socke said:Actualy it is an irish pub belonging to an irishman. Best place to get Strongbow and Newcastle this side of the canal 🙂
Roman I like Pilsner Urquell which I understand is considered the Czech Budweiser but it is really nice in comparison to the American stuff...Roman said:BTW, nobody here who prefers Bohemian/Czech beer? A nice 'real' Budweiser (Budvar), Gambrinus, Starobrno etc. can't be beat...

Unfortunately, in spite of my mixed Scottish, German, and Hispanic heritage, my anti-drinking genes kicked in at around age 25. One beer, or one sip of wine, and I'm hugging porcelain the next day.
All this talk still triggers memories of wonderful tastes and scents and makes my mouth water. I'll just go shut my office door and cry, just not in a beer 🙂
