Gus at TLC

Has anyone been able to get in contact with Gus Lazzari at TLC repairs? I sent in my Leica CL in October. I got confirmation that he received it on 10/24. I have followed up with 2 emails a month apart (Nov/Dec) and I have heard nothing. I also tried to call him and his mailbox is full. I might even try to fax him now.

Any one have any other suggestions?

I had the exact same problem with another (unmentioned) repairman; I posted a comment on Photonet asking if anyone knew what the story was with this individual and that my next step was to follow-up with the the state Attorney General. Within hours I had a reply from the aforementioned repairman. I know that they are all small businessmen, but if one is running a business, one needs to be responsive to one's customers.
