I believe though it's actually pronounced Ts-ice, in German that is. People in the UK pronounce it in just any fashion they like: Zice is not uncommon and perhaps less noisy from Tsees or Zees.
Yap I wanted to say same thing, it is TS-ice originaly 🙂 how about IKON ? is it AIkon? or Ikon? 🙂 I mean in common world not only for usa, I am sure in USA they will say AIkon, like Naikon 🙂
Such spelling is an everyday event at university classes!
I keep on reminding my students that in addition to correcting any statistical errors, I will correct also spelling and grammar too.
