Half case for Leica IIIC?

Hi guys,
I'm picking up a nice IIIC with 4 lenses and a bunch of accessories next week. It comes with the original never-ready case, but I'd like a half case instead, and I don't want to take a dremel to the case like I did with my Contaflex's case (worked out great, but I won't do that to a more valuable Leica case).
I know Luigi sells cases for the IIIF/C/G, but he sells them for $200 USD 😱. I don't want to spend that much on a case, since I'll probably buy an A&A strap for it too, and that's gonna be 89 bucks. I haven't found any half cases from A&A or Mr.Zhou. Do you guys know where I can find one?

I already ordered adapters to use the Summitar, 50 Elmar, and 73 f/1.9 Hektor on my M4 😀. Oh, and the Hektor is the first version, all black paint 🙂

How about this case from Mr. Zhou's eBay store? He claims it fits a leica IIIc and similar models.

I have a Mr Zhou case that I got mint unused from eBay for £19. It is well made, fits my IIIf perfectly and looks good. Here it is on my IIf.

i just sold my IIIC, but the original bottom half of a leica case is still available for €15 plus mailing. not elegant, but good protection and grip for a few cents. it's currently listed at the LUF site under screw mount if you'd like a look.

There is currently a used Mr. Zhou case the RFF classifieds for $40, shipping from Britain
