I've shot some pretty sharp pictures handholding a RF at 1/10, so I'm wondering if this applies to MF RF as well. Is there a significant enough difference for me to consider this a selling point and turn away from MF TLRs and SLRs (the latter being much cheaper than the Mamiya 6 i'm looking at ) ?

Not sure about RFs, but I can hand-hold my Hasselblad easily down to 1/30 or lower with an 80 mounted. And I drink lots of coffee .... Not sure why, but I think the size and the lens-shutter help.

In my experience TLR and RF are about the same in terms of how slow a shutter you can hand hold - I've got a Rollei 2.8F and a Mamiya 6.

The Mamiya 6 is an amazing camera with a very very sharp lens, but it's main advantage over all the TLRs I've use is ergonomic - it's much faster to use and a very compact package when the lens is collapsed.
