The old woman in Ta Hien street, I once took a photo of her about 2 years ago. Ta Hien is called "Int'l square as many foreigners and local folks gathering here from 5PM to midnight drinking, chatting. There are plenty of cool bars and pubs there.

A "speciality" inherited from 60s-80s, the old apartment.
Those design standards in that time become obsolete now and people has to find the way to increase living area, the most common resort is building steel cage, like this:
